Freedom of Information
The Community Spaces programme is being delivered on behalf of the Big Lottery Fund who is a Non-Departmental Public Body. Therefore, although Groundwork itself is not a public body, the programme is funded through public money and whilst we are not officially subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 we aim to operate in line with the legislation.
We aim to treat any written requests for information related to the Community Spaces programme in line with the legislation. We may also be required to transfer information to the Big Lottery Fund to consider release if necessary. The Act can be viewed at: www.opsi.gov.uk.
