The Community Spaces programme is being delivered on behalf of the Big Lottery Fund which is a Non-Departmental Public Body.
Although Groundwork itself is not a public body, the Community Spaces programme is funded through public money. Groundwork UK is not officially subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, however, we will operate in line with the legislation for the purposes of the Community Spaces programme.
We aim to treat any written requests for information related to the Community Spaces programme in line with the Freedom of Information act. We may also be required to transfer information to the Big Lottery Fund to consider release if necessary. The Act can be viewed at: www.opsi.gov.uk.
