All assets purchased with your Community Spaces grant must be registered on a asset register form. You must submit a asset register form when you acquire a new asset or annually - whichever is sooner.
Please use this form to inform us of any change to your group’s authorised signatories. These are people who can make payment claims and report on your Community Spaces grant on behalf of your group so it is important that you inform us as soon as changes take place.

If you have been awarded a stage 2 delivery grant from Community Spaces you will need to ask your Grants Officer for a Grant Claim Form to claim a capital or revenue payment for your project. Please note, a completed Progress Report must accompany every Grant Claim Form.
Please complete this form if you do not own the land you wish to carry out your project on. This form should be completed and signed by the landowner or a duly authorised representative of the landowner to confirm their permission for a Community Spaces project to proceed.
